President Trump rushed off stage at rally in PA after appearing to be shot near the right ear

PENNSYLVANIA, La. (ENN) — Fmr. President Donald Trump was rushed off stage after he appeared to be shot at his rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday afternoon.

He was quickly surrounded by Secret Service agents and stayed down for around a minute. He then appeared to have blood coming from his right ear.
